Every project begins with a 90-minute session. It's the best way to understand your goals, explore possibilities, and determine the right level of support. If you decide to move forward with a project, your session fee will be applied to that work.
Both. Many clients work with Echo virtually, while others bring Katie on-site for retreats, trainings, planning sessions, or program development. The right approach depends on your goals and the nature of the work.
You'll receive a written summary with key insights, recommendations, and next steps. From there, you may choose to implement the ideas on your own or continue working with Echo through seasonal support or a custom project.
Every organization and project is different, so pricing varies based on scope and timeline. The 90-minute session provides a shared understanding of your needs before any larger proposal is developed, ensuring recommendations are tailored to your organization. If you decide to move forward with a longer term partnership after your 90 minute session, that fee will be credited toward that project.
