Hi, I’m Katie. I help programs become clearer, more cohesive and more impactful.
For over a decade, I’ve designed and led programs for camps, universities, independent schools, progressive faith communities, and youth development organizations. I’ve built leadership and outdoor programs from the ground up, redesigned struggling ones, and helped teams navigate complex seasons.
I started Echo because I’ve seen how much can change when leaders have the right space to think clearly. Sometimes what’s needed isn’t more effort — it’s perspective. I created Echo to offer that kind of support.
I’m known for asking thoughtful questions, listening closely, and helping people see their situation more clearly. From there, we identify practical next steps and begin building forward.
